Rules and Terms of Participation

By participating in this day camp, all participants agree to comply with the following rules in order to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone.

1. Safe and Inclusive Environment

This event is intended to be inclusive and welcoming to all. Minors will be present, and some individuals may not feel comfortable with certain behaviors or attire. As such, no NSFW behavior or content is permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Nudity or partial nudity
  • Sexual or suggestive behavior
  • Clothing, accessories, or objects with sexual or 18+ connotations, including pup hoods, latex, fetish gear, or any other inappropriate items

2. Substances

  • No illegal drugs are permitted on the premises.
  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited.
  • Any participant under the influence of substances that may compromise their safety or the safety of others may be removed from the event without refund.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal:

  • Physical or verbal violence
  • Harassment
  • Racist, discriminatory, misogynistic, homophobic, or hateful language or behavior
  • Any conduct that compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of others

4. Property Responsibility

Participants are fully responsible for any damage caused to property, facilities, or equipment during the event.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

5. Respect Site Rules

  • Respect other occupants of the site. There may be other groups on site.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, located away from the cabins. The cabins are entirely non-smoking.
  • Please reduce noise after 10:00 p.m. You may remain outdoors as long as the area stays quiet.

6. Limitation of Liability

The organizers:

  • Are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Cannot be held liable for accidents occurring during activities, except in cases of gross negligence

7. Right of Refusal

The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant who fails to comply with these rules, without refund, in order to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

8. Refusal of Registration

The organizers reserve the right to refuse the registration of any person, at their sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification.
